This Privacy Policy describes how Zefira Discord Bot ("Zefira", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use Zefira through Discord. By using Zefira, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Zefira.

Information Collection and Use

We collect and use the following types of information when you interact with Zefira:

• Discord User Information: We collect your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL to provide the features and functionality of Zefira. We do not collect your email address, phone number, or any other personal information associated with your Discord account.
• Server Information: We collect information about the servers in which Zefira is installed, including server name, server ID, and server icon URL. We use this information to provide Zefira's features and functionality.
• Chat Messages and Commands: When you interact with Zefira by sending messages or commands, we temporarily store these messages and commands to provide and improve Zefira's features and functionality. We automatically delete these messages and commands after a reasonable period of time, typically within 30 days.
• Usage Data: We collect data about how you use Zefira, such as the features you use, the frequency of use, and error reports. We use this data to improve Zefira and provide a better user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with legal processes; (b) enforce this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service; (c) protect our rights, property, or personal safety; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of other users or the public.

Children's Privacy

Zefira is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above.
