PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ZEFIRA DISCORD BOT ("ZEFIRA" OR "THE BOT"). BY USING ZEFIRA, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE BOT.

Acceptance of Terms

License Grant and Restrictions

Sell, lease, or rent access to Zefira or otherwise use it for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Zefira, you are responsible for any content you post or transmit through the bot, as well as any interactions with other users. You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Zefira is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Zefira will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Zefira, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Zefira.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Zefira at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms or the Discord Terms of Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration.
